Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under limited supervision manages daily operations of a club with primary concern for program and services. Responsible for recruiting, retaining, training, and supervision of staff/volunteers. Maintains targeted membership and attendance.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Facility management. Interpret and explain organizational mission, program objectives and standards, discuss issues, and provide/receive information. Regular contact with members as needed to discipline, advise, and counsel. Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, members’ parents and others.
