Club Director

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under limited supervision manages daily operations of a club with primary concern for program and services. Responsible for recruiting, retaining, training, and supervision of staff/volunteers. Maintains targeted membership and attendance.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Facility management. Interpret and explain organizational mission, program objectives and standards, discuss issues, and provide/receive information. Regular contact with members as needed to discipline, advise, and counsel. Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, members’ parents and others.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years' work experience in a similar organization. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and direct club operations. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Clean driving record and valid New Mexico driver’s license. Must be able to work with children, lift and carry 20 pounds, sit/stand for extended periods and run.
