Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Assesses, plans and implements individualized treatment for assigned clients.
• Provides individual, family, group and crisis response therapy as needed.
• Supports the wraparound approach to service delivery and use of evidence-based and evidence-supported interventions.
• Refers clients for community-based supports and services when appropriate.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Collaborates with clinical director/supervisor/safe home/TLP/ LSA/other New Day programs, community resources, service providers, State partners, school staff, and youth’s family.
• Document progress of all therapy modalities provided in the client record within 48 hours of service.
• To ensure proper reimbursement, submit paperwork and documentation in timely fashion.

Other Information/Requirements: 

State Licensed Masters level clinician as follows (one or more): LISW, LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LADAC, LMFT, LMSW, LPC, or LMHC. Masters degree and must be eligible to bill Medicaid and private insurance (we support the credentialing process). Must possess strong writing skills to complete required documentation.
