Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Award-winning Centro Sávila, committed to advancing social justice and reducing disparities in behavioral health services, is hiring for a bilingual therapist position to provide services for adults.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assess clients' functioning based on review of client information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration
with other staff members. Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment, clinical experience, and knowledge. Respond to client crisis utilizing clinician on-call protocol. Collaborate and coordinate care with case managers. Actively participate in community meetings as related to case work and/or advocacy as determined by Centro Sávila. Other duties as required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum 2 years experience in delivery of psychotherapeutic services to adults. Understanding of social determinants of health and case management integration in behavioral health services. Strengths-based, client-centered, trauma-informed approach to services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work as a team member.
