Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Clinical Supervisor of Family Crisis Center and supervises FCC counselors and therapists, provides a range of psychological assessments, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management services for children, adult survivors and adult offenders. Empathetic experience in working with survivors and offenders of domestic violence and skilled in providing reflective supervision to caring professionals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Coordination of personnel development including scheduling of in service training sessions as well as assigning staff to attend outside trainings on program and job related topics, with approval of the Executive Director.
• Other duties as required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Minimum of a master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Four years’ experience in delivery of counseling services.
• Independent LPCC, LCSW required.
• Carry independent malpractice insurance coverage.
