Clinical Supervisor

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

All Faiths is seeking an Independently License Clinician who is eager to join a dynamic, growing, agency as the Clinical Supervisor for mental/behavioral health therapists for one or more of our behavioral health programs (Therapy, Case Mgmt, Intake, Community Support Services or High Fidelity Wrap). The position requires solid clinical skills as well as management, leadership and organizational skills. Applicant must have direct experience working with children.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Education required:
Current LMFT, RMHC, LPC, LPCC, LMSW, LISW, LCSW or other license accepted by the state of New Mexico for the provision of counseling or social work.

Other Information/Requirements: 

1. Prefer academic coursework or conference education regarding abused, neglected and traumatized children, adults and/or families.
2. Academic coursework or conference education related to various therapeutic modalities, bio-psychosocial functioning, strength-based assessment skills and intervention strategies. Recognition of the importance of a person-in-environment system perspective concerning social, economic and environmental factors in the development and resolution of personal and family problems.
