Clinical Social Worker

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) social worker who can provide counseling services and supervision at Casa de Salud, working together with clinicians in areas of integrative Primary Care, Addictions Care, Traditional Healing, and more. Experience and interest in working with monolingual Spanish speaking patients, with patients in treatment and recovery for addictions, and with queer/transgender/gender nonconforming patients is strongly encouraged.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide clinical services such as assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy services, treatment planning, and crisis intervention services. Make independent clinical decisions and work collaboratively with staff. Supervision responsibilities include supervision of Certified Peer Support Workers in the Strong Roots opioid addiction recovery program and supervision of a social work intern.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Clinicians have flexibility to develop their own practice style and focus areas based on patient and community needs.
Hours: This is ideally a full time employed position
Education: Masters Degree in Social Work
Experience required: Minimum of 2 years post-masters clinical experience
Licensure requirements: LMSW or LCSW
