Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide clinical oversight of the performance by the nurses; ensure daily implementation of the nursing process, Assess medical, and health care needs of individuals served by Tresco, respond to acute, and chronic health care issues by providing assessment and/or treatment in the consumer’s work, play, or home environment

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy and Board of Nursing Regulations.
Participate in the review of medication incident/error reports to ensure medication errors are analyzed, trends reviewed, etc.
Help identify/develop systems or training to reduce frequency of incident/errors. Review and analyze incident reports related to health related incidents/issue.

Other Information/Requirements: 

- Registered Nurse licensed to practice in New Mexico.
- Compact licenses are accepted but change of residency should be completed within time frame as required by New Mexico Board of Nursing
- Three (3) years’ managerial and three (3) years’ experience in health care facility.
- DD Waiver knowledge preferred.
