Clinical Program Supervisor

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide clinical and programmatic oversight for all clinical functions within New Day. This includes hiring and managing therapists, overseeing productivity, implementing a quality assurance program, maintaining relationships in the community, providing clinical training and supervision, keeping in compliance with standards and regulations, participating on the agency leadership team and helping us envision and develop new programs and initiatives. Schedule and hours somewhat flexible.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Develop a working knowledge of the New Day practice principles and values. Implement Clinical program practices consistent with those principles and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Other Information/Requirements: 

LPCC , LISW license or higher with three or more years experience in a supervisory role. Knowledge of clinical objectives, methods, and standards . Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart information to a range of individuals. Outstanding interpersonal and community relations skills. Ability to communicate and work effectively within a diverse community. Creative programmatic thinking based in systems of care approach
