Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Perform administrative tasks associated with clinical services, staff caseloads, client scheduling, coordination of services, and programming and documentation issues.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate program needs with agency funding activity and meet compliance with funder requirements including reports and audits.
• Provide individual and group supervision to RCCCNM staff clinicians.
• Clinical experience with sexual trauma survivors preferred.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Develop training opportunities for clinical staff.
• Provide presentations and training in the community and within the agency; assist with RCCCNM volunteer training.
• Carry manageable client caseload; may include conducting assessments, treatment planning, case management, and group or individual therapy.
• Inform Executive Director of developments in the mental health field that may have a bearing on agency programs, clients, staff or the mental health profession.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Master's or doctorate degree and NM independent licensure in Psychology, Counseling, Art Therapy, Social Work or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mental health related field that includes providing clinical supervision, assessment/diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual and group counseling.
• Two years of agency administrative experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Complete the RCCCNM 40-hour Advocate Training.
Salary $60,000 + Great Benefits
