Clinical Director

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under general supervision of the Executive Director, the Clinical Director provides clinical supervision and training as necessary; is responsible for the oversight of operations of the department, for supervision of personnel; participates in program planning and coordination of services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Provide clinical supervision to therapists & interns.
-Oversee components of individual, family, & group therapy.
-Provide therapy to survivors of sexual violence (limited case load).
-Lead weekly consultation & clinical meeting with RCCCNM therapists, perform staff evaluations, & engage in evaluation of services and treatment modalities.
-Ensure clinical records are complete & meet funders’ requirements & maintain compliance for all pertinent grants & Contracts.
-Participate in outreach, as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

-Current independent New Mexico licensure (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, Psy.D, PhD)
-4 years of supervisory experience
-Expertise in evidence-based trauma treatments
-Program & staff development skills
-Ability to work in a crisis-intervention environment
-Team & organizational leadership
-Strong oral & written skills
-Understanding of, & experience with sexual violence-related cases
-Understanding of the social, cultural & political aspects of sexual violence
-Practical knowledge of the behavioral health industry
