Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Clinical Director of Valencia Shelter Services is responsible for the program design and integrity of the mental health treatment program and direct client services. The Clinical Director provides supervision to the staff, interns, and volunteers of the agency who are providing direct services to clients – including counselors, advocates, interns and residential managers. In addition, the Clinical Director is responsible for providing counseling services to agency clientele.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Minimum of a Master's Degree in counseling or social work.
• Four years experience in delivery of counseling services.
• LPCC, LISW, or LMFT required.
