Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

NonviolenceWorks is seeking a full-time Clinical Director for immediate employment. Salary: $50K - $55K DOE w/ benefits.
NVW is a community mental health clinic that provides an array of innovative programs through the lens of licensed clinical mental behavioral health/social services. We are a dynamic growing organization and looking for a strong, flexible, highly organized, sincere individual willing to grow with us in this important leadership position.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Responsible for overall clinical services, quality assurance and quality improvement as per all applicable standards of care.
• Clinical supervision for all clinical staff including psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, appropriate modalities utilized,
• Acts as the “clinical champion” for NVW’s Electronic Health Records system.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Independently licensed mental health counselor or social worker with a minimum of 5 years professional experience since achieving independent licensure.
• Knowledgeable and competent in diagnosing and provision of best practice therapy modalities in the treatment of major mental disorders including mood disorders, thought disorders, disorders of childhood and adolescents; excellent skills in working with couples and families is required.
