Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Clinical Director will provide oversight and supervision to Therapists, Case Managers, and YSS staff; provide individual and group therapy to Serenity Mesa clients; provide family therapy; and treatment planning.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Clinical Director will provide training to all staff on boundaries, trauma informed care, etc.; participate in audits; and other periodic on-call duties.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This role must have NM licensure as LISW/LCSW, or equivalent, OR licensed out of state and eligible for NM licensure; the ability to be insured; 5 years experience in clinical treatment services, preferably with adolescent substance users; 2 years experience providing clinical supervision; and 2 years experience providing IOP.
