Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Clinical Director provides leadership and oversight to the Counseling and Case Management Department. Ensures quality services to DVRC, Inc. clients through the proper use of a wide range of psychosoial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic and/or case management services. Develops and implements the Counseling and Case Management Department through supervision, assessment, planning and resource development. Provides community engagement.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
•Aligns Counseling and Case Management Department with best practices in crisis intervention and trauma informed care
•Ensures proper delivery of services and protects DVRC, Inc. from liability, policy changes, issues, event, etc. related to the operations of the Counseling and Case Management Departments
•Provides clinical supervision and evaluation of Department staff and volunteers; reviews client progress to plan every 90 days
•Provides professional development and training for staff.
