Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Rape Crisis Center of Central NM is seeking a Clinical Director to join our team. Our primary directive is quality of care through the empowerment, support and growth of the therapists as not only professionals, but also as a supportive and highly engaged team.
We serve survivors who have experienced various forms of sexual violence trauma over the lifespan from age 13 years and above. We work with clients across the gender spectrum.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Conduct annual performance appraisals of counseling/therapy staff and meet regularly with them as a team and individuals to ensure professional development and problem solving. Supervise the program’s documentation systems in order to ensure that reports, statistical information and program evaluation activities are implemented in an accurate and timely manner. Provide direct services for clients, including counseling, intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning.

Other Information/Requirements: 

LMSW, LMHC, LPCC, LCSW, or similar, currently licensed qualified master's level counseling professionals with current NM licensure. Minimum of three (3) years management/supervision experience with Sexual Assault programs working with and serving diverse/underserved populations. Minimum of one (1) year grant reporting experience. Understanding of and experience working with victims/survivors of trauma; professionalism, clear/strong personal boundaries, accountability.
