Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Looking for an experienced Clinical Director. Experience working with adults, adolescents and children participating in our programs. Experience with IOP using the Matrix model as well as the Seven Challenges module. Must have 2 years substance abuse experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
Implementing ongoing service development to keep up with new evidence as it emerges.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensure all aspects of confidentiality relating to both the service and individuals are maintained at all times
Participate in individual performance review and respond to agreed objectives
Ensure all staff are aware of professional standards expected in the service

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
An independent New Mexico License (LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT; PhD)
A minimum of five (5) years working with individuals in the field of Mental/Behavioral Health
Ability to obtain CPI Certification
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Competency
Ability to obtain CYFD Background Clearance
