Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are hiring a full-time Clinical Director with a primary job of providing oversight and supervision to clinicians and interns and to provide therapy (individual, group and family) to Serenity Mesa clients. Responsible for ensuring that clinical notes are updated in EMR and that treatment plans, assessments, therapy notes, and discharge plans are done according to established policies and procedures.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Experience working with evidence-based therapy programming such as: The Seven Challenges, ACRA, MATRIX and Motivational Interviewing, experience with dual diagnosis using ASAM criteria, experience with billing Medicaid preferred. Salary depending on experience.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00pm but flexibility with scheduling is important (including evenings and weekends, and on call approx. 1 week per month). Must be able to pass a background check and driving record check.
Minimum Requirements: NM Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW or LCSW). Min 5 years providing clinical treatment services, preferably working with adolescent substance users. Min 2 years as a Clinical Director.
