Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide coordination of medical records for the agency. Responsible for the processing of Medicaid, CYFD Contract and Private Insurance billing, which includes any follow up necessary to receive payment. Responsible for billing related communication with all clinical staff. Manage Credentialing and Contracting for all Therapists. Provide administrative support to all departments as needed while assisting with day-to-day operations of the administrative office functions and duties.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Preferred experience w/ CAQH, HSC credentialing applications.
Preferred experience w/ billing of Medicaid and Private insurance.
Must have one to two years office administrative support experience.
Must have excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure.
