Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), the Alto Nurse Clinical Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day activities of the clinic to ensure smooth patient flow; service productivity; and cost effectiveness and efficiency of all medical clinic operations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school; a minimum of one year of supervisory nursing experience (charge nurse experience is acceptable); and state of New Mexico Registered Nurse License and CPR certification. Experience in a community health center, and working within a managed care environment are preferred.
