Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Main responsibilities include: Conducting client intake interviews, processing client intakes and payments; Maintaining the client database; Preparing daily reports including meal and shipping labels and packing lists; Ensuring client safety by keeping accurate records of daily deliveries and making follow-up phone calls; Client billing duties, including: intake payments, invoicing, posting payments, client cancellations, and adjustments to client accounts.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Additional duties include management of the Low-Income Food Enrichment (LIFE) Program; Medical billing for our Readmission Prevention Program, including: submitting invoices for payments, tracking payments and denials, submitting appeals when necessary; Answer phone inquiries related to our organization; May require driving meals to clients using own vehicle; Other assigned duties.
