Main Areas of Responsibility:
Full Time (8 hours/day); M-F; $17/hr. The Client Services Coordinator contributes to Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque's mission by ensuring that all clients receive products and services along with exceptional customer service. This position works together with one additional Client Services Coordinator. This position reports to the Program Director.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Process client intakes and payments; maintain client information in database; prepare daily reports; prepare and mail client correspondence; ensure client safety by making follow-up phone calls; answer phone inquiries; manage Low-Income Food Enrichment (LIFE) Program; complete client billing; may require driving using own vehicle, and; other assigned duties.
