Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Client Services Coordinator contributes to the fulfillment of Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque (MOW) mission by ensuring that all clients receive products and services along with exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Expedite client participation in the program by:
• Conducting client intake interviews
• Processing intake forms
• Print client menu's
• Maintaining client information in data system
• Compile/mail information packets
• Keeps accurate records of all daily deliveries
• Maintain accurate files on clients
• Answers phone inquiries
• Helps manage volunteers
• Substitute for staff and volunteers when necessary
• Other assigned duties
