Client Advocate/Case Worker

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Client Advocate/Case Worker to provide access and referral services to clients in our homeless shelter. The ability to assist with shelter services as well as be a link to our behavioral health services will be a plus.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position requires extensive knowledge and must have connections with numerous homeless/shelter/behavioral health providers in the Albuquerque area. Ability to work M-F, 40 hours per week.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have at least 2 years experience working with homeless/mentally ill population. Must have extensive knowledge of agencies that provide assistance for this population.
