Main Areas of Responsibility:
Identify and refer clients to resources, assist clients in obtaining benefits, linking those experiencing homelessness to appropriate health coverage, staff a resource center, transport clients, assist case managers, and shop and stock supplies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, plus valid NM driver's license and clean driving record.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
2 years’ experience in a social services setting and/or benefit enrollment. Must have the ability to work independently as well as on a team and have good communication and customer service skills. Position may require working outside the office setting and some nontraditional hours. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
