Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provides full administrative support to the Clergy (2) including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence, maintaining clergy calendars, updating congregation database.
Organizes Clergy-led events in collaboration with the Events Department This includes physical plant, furniture, books, handouts, food, audio visual equipment.
Supports Clergy needs for all religious services and events including memorial lists, healing lists, pulpit announcements, life cycle certificates.

Congregation Albert, Albuquerque’s Reform Synagogue, is looking for a Clergy Executive Assistant to support the Rabbi and Cantor in the daily functions of the organization. This high-exposure role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with people of different backgrounds, educations, and cultures.
