Main Areas of Responsibility:
CIS Site Coordinators are based full-time in a school, where they work closely with school leadership, teachers, wellness staff, families, and students to identify the students' and school's needs in the areas of attendance, academics, basic needs, parent engagement, behavior, and social-emotional learning. CIS Site Coordinators then organize, facilitate, and broker a variety of school-wide, small-group, and individual services that respond to these needs throughout the school year.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
CIS Site Coordinators also case manage around 40 students, providing wrap-around services to those students and families who require intensive support in order to mitigate poverty-related or trauma-related barriers to learning.
