Main Areas of Responsibility:
Church of the Good Shepherd is seeking a part-time (20 hour/week) office administrator to answer phones, manage facility usage and church databases, submit payroll, organize and order church office supplies, coordinate with contractors and volunteers, make copies, and support the pastor by screening calls and managing her schedule.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Top candidates will be computer literate (including ability to pick up new software quickly), customer service-oriented, excellent communicators and self-directed problem-solvers who are able to improvise and innovate solutions to complex problems.
