Church Business Administrator/Business Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Manages, coordinates and supervises the business operations of a 1,200 plus member church with an annual budget of approximately $1.5MM.

Works with the staff and ministry leaders of SPC to prepare strategic plans that support the overall mission and vision of the Church and facilitate the development of annual departmental and ministry budgets to support those plans. This position will also oversee management of the Church’s facilities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• A 4 year business related degree.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of previous Business Administrator experience, preferably in Church or non-profit administration.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and LOGOS and experience with general IT is desired.
• Supervisory and management experience and a working knowledge of accounting are required.
• Qualifications include a strong Christian faith, a heart for ministry and following of the Church’s doctrine.
