Main Areas of Responsibility:
First Unitarian seeks an administrative generalist to support the senior leadership team in the administrative management of the church while advancing the church’s mission and programs.
The Administrator organizes the office to provide essential functions, coordinates scheduling and calendaring of all activities on the church campus, maintains membership and administrative records, and assists functional staff in fulfilling their roles.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Flexible, independent worker who is able to organize and prioritize use of time.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Positive personality in interactions with others, showing tact, patience, and caring.
Adept at Microsoft Office Suite, various Google and cloud-based products, and Zoom. Social media literate.
Experience using customer relationship management databases.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress is highly desirable.
