Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Church Administrator works a flexible Sunday-Thursday work week to organize the Church Office to provide essential functions, coordinate scheduling and calendaring of all activities on the Church campus, maintain Church membership and administrative records, and assist functional staff in fulfilling their roles.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Lead organizational response in fielding walk-in requests from persons seeking economic or social services support
Manage and enhance facility rental program
Assist in monitoring security and condition of Church buildings and property
Act as lead cashier for receipt of payments, count cash, and prepare it for deposit to bank
Cover Communications duties when needed (print and digital)
Other duties as assigned
