Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supports ministries/activities by supporting the Pastor, Council, and congregation; Reports to Pastor & manages daily office operations; Coord/designs/produces several publications w/ recurring tight deadlines; Promotes clear communications; Coordinates bldg maintenance w/ Admin Ministry Team Lead; Finds new ways to support operations/staff/volunteers; committed to continuous improvement of administrative processes; Works to accomplish the job in the spirit of positive, respectful collaboration

The FULL CA position including all communications/publications coordination is 30 hours per week. Reports to Pastor.

Other Information/Requirements: 

COGS preference to hire one person who can do BOTH office administration and communications/publication coordination, but open to hiring two people with the specific skill sets.
