Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Supports ministries/activities at COGS
• Assists Pastor, Council, and congregation
• Manages day-to-day operations
• Promotes clear communication amongst all parties
• Coordinates maintenance of the building with the Administrative Ministry Team Lead
• Takes initiative to find new ways to support operations, staff, volunteers
• Offers feedback regarding continuous improvement of administrative processes
• Works to accomplish the job in the spirit of collaboration & Christian service

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; strong ability to problem solve & think on your feet
• Strong written communication skills; experience in producing letters, newsletters, reports, & other documents
• Open/affirming of the LGBT & diverse populations
• Ability to read/understand financial reports
• Working understanding of & ability to effectively use software programs such as Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, & WordPress
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
