Main Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinate a variety of activities for children and/or families at ECM, including after-school, summer, and during school breaks.
Plan and directly lead some activities, as well as coordinate and oversee volunteer-led activities.
Manage current activities and work to add new options for kids and/or families.

Manage Parent Communication and Involvement
Parents are invited and encouraged to participate as much as possible
Volunteer Management (including recruitment, training, retention, support, conflict resolution, appreciation)
Collaborate with other ECM staff, especially in youth department
Coordinate scheduling issues and use of facilities
