Main Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate must be able to develop and advocate for an integrated strategic framework for UWCNM's impact agenda, seek regional and national funding opportunities, provide guidance for research and analytics, build lasting partnerships with public and private stakeholders and lead an aligned public policy agenda. The CSO will also be responsible for the integration of these strategies into the core of UWCNM's work, most notably Mission: Families and Mission: Graduate.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Help create, execute and measure UWCNM's community impact work assuring that the delivered product reflects the mission, goals and values of the organization; work collaboratively ensuring the UWCNM leadership team, Board, staff, and volunteers are strategically aligned to maximize resources to achieve measurable results; serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team to provide a united, visible, and strong presence across the organization, aligning all UWCNM's efforts.
