Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Mexico seeks a Chief Program Officer (CPO) who is responsible for overseeing the four or more Regional Directors who recruit mentors, establish and manage boards, and conduct fundraising throughout our 11 county service area, and for leading the program team by cultivating an environment of data-driven program growth, improved quality of services and child safety.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The CPO works closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure quality matches for children who need and want a mentor, and is responsible for helping shape Agency strategy and implementing a large portion of the Agency's operating plan.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; 5 to 8 years of related work experience required with progressive management responsibilities,preferably at the senior management level. Solid analytical skills and a high degree of comfort with information technology required.
