Main Areas of Responsibility:
The primary objective of the Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO) is to increase revenue in a strategic manner that drives the mission of the United Way of North Central New Mexico (UWNCNM). The CPO ensures the effective execution and growth of the organization’s revenue generation through the engagement of donors and volunteers and the coordination of staff and volunteer efforts related to revenue generation activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The CPO will develop and lead a large volunteer and staff team in the achievement of fundraising goals.
Manage and oversee all key philanthropy programs including all major gifts, workplace campaigns, sustained giving, leadership donor groups, special events, planned giving and corporate/foundation support.
Salary Range:
$100,000.00 to $115,000.00 DOE, salaried, exempt, minimum 32 hours per week FTE (Full Time Employee). Relocation expenses for out-of-state candidates may be negotiable during the offer process.
