Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Notah Begay III Foundation seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our innovative, quickly growing nonprofit. This experienced, committed person serves as the internal leader coordinating annual operations planning, budgeting, and leading and managing the performance and efficiency of the foundation’s programs. With a staff of up to 30 employees, the COO manages: financial systems, human resources and operations to allow the NB3 Foundation to continue to grow and fulfill our mission.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s degree and 10+ years experience preferred. Residence in or ability to relocate to New Mexico is required.
