Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

A valued member of the senior management team, the COO is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of Roadrunner Food Bank's operations and facilities in our Albuquerque and Las Cruces facilities.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Main areas of focus include: Inventory Management and Logistics, Team Management, Ensuring Quality and Efficiency, Facilities and Equipment Management, and Building Internal and External Relationships.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Candidates should meet the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, or five to seven years experience in distribution center management, or combination of education and experience; Proven supervisory skills (a minimum of five years); knowledge of distribution center technology and procedures; commitment to furthering the mission of Roadrunner Food Bank; high level of analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills; and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
