Main Areas of Responsibility:
Lead strategist for volunteer and child recruitment and marketing and manages all Partnership operations and staff. Develop, implement and maintain a successful development and incentive plan to achieve agency goals for managed growth. Responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects from all sources capable of providing volunteers, children and donors. Identifying, prioritizing, and executing marketing opportunities and product.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Partnership Development: business and corp cultivation to strengthen vol-rich pools, vol and child inquiry acquisition and recruitment events, partnership start-ups in rural and outreach service areas, database management and reporting, and volunteer research. Marketing: developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive mkt plan, including timelines, benchmarks, accountable staff, and strategies for providing effective and impactful messaging and branding to promote BBBS.
