Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Chief Impact Officer supports the mission of UWCNM through the development, evaluation, monitoring and reporting of UWCNM’s Community Impact Agenda and the management of an Impact Team that provides Community Fund grants, Community Impact Projects, internal UWCNM programs and related initiatives, to accomplish the Community Impact Agenda.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the Planning, Development and Execution of UWCNM’s Impact Agenda
Support UWCNM’s Strategic Direction and Business Planning
Recruit, Develop and Manage Community Impact Team
Data Stewardship
Contractual Relations (UNM)
Build Strategic Relationships
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
Articulate the UWCNM message
Assist with Operational Planning and Execution

Other Information/Requirements: 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
o At least Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in social service/justice, nonprofit management, public administration, business, or related field with at least eight to ten years supervisory and volunteer engagement experience, including recruitment and formal meeting coordination and management.
