Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Jewish Community Center of Abq, JCC, has an exciting opportunity for a CFO. The CFO is responsible for all financial operations and providing advice and leadership. This individual is a key member of the upper management team. Flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work a portion of hours remotely if desired.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for overseeing all financial / accounting activities including payroll and for supervising accounting/payroll specialist.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related (Masters preferred); 5 yrs accounting in leadership role; experience in non profit & with boards of directors; exceptional oral and written communication; proactive anticipating budget shortfalls & needs; able to exercise initiative and apt to change; proficient in Quick Books, Enterprise, MS Office; and develop positive working relationship with staff, Board, Members & other stakeholders.
