Main Areas of Responsibility:
Direct supervision of the Fiscal Administrative personnel. Responsible for communication with appropriate departments within local, state and federal governments as needed for management of grants and contracts. Assist with writing proposals for contracts and grants when necessary. Develop, implement and monitor agency budgets and help develop and analyze rates for existing funding sources.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
. Responsible for developing and following methods of internal control as established by the GCLC’s auditor and Executive Staff. Help obtain bids for general insurance, health insurance and capital (agency) insurance. Administrator for Cafeteria plan. Prepare all external cost reports and non-profit tax returns for the Agency.
