Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The position provides leadership and sound strategic direction to the organization through ongoing pro forma analysis to support business opportunities and strategic fiscal planning for long-term stability and growth.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises assigned personnel. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Education and/or Experience: Bachelors Degree in business, finance, accounting or related field plus five years experience with two years of senior management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years experience in nonprofit cost accounting, grant accounting, etc. with revenue above $15 million. Certified Public Accountant or Master in Business Administration preferred.
