Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises assigned personnel. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
