Main Areas of Responsibility:
Chief Financial/Administrative Officer. Full-time/salaried, strategic thought-partner for Executive Director. Hands-on and participative manager to lead internal team to support finance, business planning/ budgeting, human resources, administration, IT. Direct supervision of Bookkeeper, Grounds Manager, and Museum Store staff. Plays critical role in strategic decision making and operations to enhance its quality fundraising programs and support the Albuquerque Museum.

Oversee financial/project/program/grants accounting, Museum Store management, annual budget
Manage annual audit process/cash flow/forecasting, Supervise bookkeeper
HR/Technology/Administration:
Manage professional development, comp/ benefits, performance evaluation, training/recruiting

Facilities Management:
Oversee facilities/grounds/physical assets, building/ground upkeep, repair/maintenance
