Main Areas of Responsibility:
Handle all bookkeeping and grant tracking and reporting. Prepare all fiscal reports, monthly financial board reports, and the annual report. Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting to granting agencies. Responsible for compiling payroll including payroll taxes and reports.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
General ledger bookkeeping/fund accounting, including generating income statements monthly for all funding sources. Responsible for all monthly reconciliation of all financial and bank accounts. Prepare budget for all grants. Develop the annual budget.
