Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for effectively directing and overseeing all activities within the Finance Department; prepares, presents and interprets financial reports to Directors, Managers, Shareholders, and government agencies; counsels management on fiscal control and profitability; develops and prescribes adequate financial procedures to provide the basis for management decisions and control; and maintains the company’s accounting system.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Develops company and department budgets in collaboration with the company’s Department Director’s and the company’s President/CEO. Effectively and accurately represents the financial condition of the company to the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors.
