Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for becoming familiar with the fiscal operation of the organization. Handle all bookkeeping and grant tracking and reporting. Prepare all fiscal reports, monthly financial board reports, and the annual report. Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting to granting agencies. Responsible for compiling payroll including payroll taxes and reports
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Develop the annual budget, prepare budget for all grants, and reconciliation of all financial and bank accounts. Assist auditor by preparing all necessary documents for financial audit. Responsible for maintaining records that document match for grants and maintaining records of cash donations generated from fundraising events, mailings, and annual report.
