Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The CEO will:
• Be the face and spokesperson for Roadrunner
• Gain a thorough understanding of the organization
• Develop partnering relationships
• Identify others with a focus on ending hunger in New Mexico to collaborate with them
• Robustly seek opportunities to end hunger in New Mexico
• Provide leadership to the senior leadership staff

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Ensure the food bank maintains a strong workforce.
• Manage Roadrunner’s operations to ensure excellent service
• Provide strong financial leadership
• Work with the development team to identify and securing new funding
• Work with the Board to advance the organization’s strategic direction

Other Information/Requirements: 

A strong candidate will be:
• A college graduate
• A strong manager with high-level financial literacy
• A masterful communicator
• Able to interact with diverse audiences
• A strategic thinker
• Able to manage an $8-10 million budget
• A successful fundraiser
