Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead daily operations
Develop & implement growth strategies
Implement existing policies
Recruit & develop management and staff
Establish financial controls, budgets & fiscal projections
Obtain grant funding

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

With Board, develop fundraising plans
Ensure compliance with relevant statutes
Develop stakeholder relationships
Maintain organization's CARF certification
Update the Board regularly

Other Information/Requirements: 

Honorably discharged Veteran of the armed services of the United States or have extensive experience working with Veterans.
Bachelor's degree required.
Background check required.
