Main Areas of Responsibility: 

NonProfit Back Office Resources (NPBOR) is seeking a full time position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). NPBOR is a fast growing organization fulfilling a substantial need in New Mexico and is well supported by the community. If you are looking for a positive work environment with the opportunity to serve the nonprofit community this is the job for you. As CEO, competencies in four broad categories: commitment to results, business savvy, leading change, and motivating are required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management position is required. CPA license, experience as a CPA firm manager and nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
